The wedding is the heart of it all — the pre-drinks and yacht lunch are joyful extras, lovely if you can join, perfectly fine if you can’t.
Formal, elegant and colourful.
Formal evening gowns, ball-gown inspired dresses and elegant floor-length silhouettes in silk, satin, chiffon, tulle or organza. Any colour you love is welcome.
Classic tuxedos, tailored dark suits. A crisp white shirt, refined dress shoes, and a tie or bow tie will complete the formal evening look.
White, ivory and cream are reserved for the bride.
From 23:00 the chandeliers dim, the disco ball turns, and the dancing begins.
A glass that never empties, late-night bites, and music to keep you on the floor until the early hours. Stay as long as your feet allow.

The next day, the celebration continues on the Caspian — a relaxed yacht lunch with the Baku skyline drifting softly in the distance.

Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) is the main gateway, about 30–40 minutes from the city and venue.

Many travellers can apply for a simple e-visa through the official ASAN Visa portal before arriving. Requirements vary by nationality, so please check early and allow a few business days for processing.
The local currency is the Azerbaijani manat (AZN). Cards are widely accepted in hotels and restaurants, but it’s handy to carry a little cash for taxis and smaller places.
Azerbaijani is the official language; Russian is widely understood, and English is common in hotels and at the venue. Our team will be on hand to help with anything.
You’ll arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD). Taxis and the Bolt app are easy and affordable, or you can arrange a private transfer in advance — the venue and hotel addresses are all on this website.
Early June in Baku is warm and mostly dry — around the high 20s°C (low 80s°F) by day. Evenings near the sea can be breezy, so a light wrap is a good idea.
Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask guests to arrange childcare in advance.
